It features the MF6 blend of six fibres—soy polysaccharide (soy fibre), cellulose, resistant starch, acacia gum (gum arabic), oligofructose, and inulin—providing a fibre profile of 63% soluble and 37% insoluble to reflect typical dietary intake and support bowel health and tolerance. The neutral taste allows easy addition to sweet or savoury foods and fluids, and it is suitable for cooking and baking.

Indications

• Dietary management of constipation or irregular bowel function

Directions for Use

• Scoop size: 6.3 g; each level scoop provides 4.8 g fibre (approximately 5 g)
• Mix 1 level scoop with 20 mL hot water, then stir into a serving of food or drink; or add 1 scoop directly to one portion of food
• Use only the provided scoop. Prepare per serving and consume within 2 hours; discard leftovers
