Synthetic Cast Padding

Description

Multigate Medical Products’ Synthetic Under Bandage (Sterile) is a soft, smooth orthopaedic padding designed for application beneath plaster or synthetic casting materials. It provides a protective, cushioning interface between skin and cast to reduce pressure points, help prevent shear, and improve overall patient comfort during immobilisation. The synthetic, moisture‑resistant composition offers low absorbency to help limit moisture retention and minimise the risk of skin maceration under the cast.
