Overview
A non-sterile, clip-style tourniquet from Multigate designed to facilitate venous access procedures such as venepuncture and IV cannulation. It is offered in Single Use (disposable) and Single Patient Use options to support infection control practices and help reduce cross-contamination. The design complements sterile technique by providing reliable limb occlusion and controlled release during specimen collection or cannula placement.

Directions for Use (summary)
- Apply 7.5–10 cm above the puncture site and fasten by inserting the clasp into the top slot of the buckle.
- Tighten by pulling the band away from the buckle to the desired pressure.
- To loosen slowly: press the bottom ridged button and slightly lift the buckle.
- For quick release: press the top smooth button on the buckle.
Cautions and Storage
- Do not apply pressures that may impair arterial blood flow.
- Release as soon as blood starts to flow into the first tube; prolonged or high stasis may contribute to haemolysis.
- Avoid direct sunlight; store in a cool, dry, clean place.
