It is sold separately and includes one sheath, one bottom drain valve, and illustrated use and care instructions.

The sheath features an inner sleeve that encloses the penis and can be carefully trimmed for fit when used according to the provided instructions. Odor-control barrier layers are built into both the inside and outside surfaces to support more discreet everyday use. A bottom drain valve is included in the package, although it is not preassembled onto the sheath.
