Kimberly-Clark Professional WYPALL X50 Reinforced Single Sheet Wipers are general-clean disposable wipers designed for everyday wiping, drying, and polishing tasks. Each sheet combines cellulosic tissue with polyester scrim netting reinforcement to improve wet strength, helping the wiper stay intact during use. The matched single-sheet variant is a 4-ply white wiper supplied in a case of 250 sheets, with each sheet measuring approximately 32.5 x 24 cm.

These wipers are absorbent and suited to water, minor general spills, and light oil or grease. They can be used for hand and personal wiping, surface cleaning, drying, and polishing tasks such as cleaning glass or stainless steel. The reinforced construction is intended to reduce tearing when wet, making them suitable for repeated wiping within a single task.

Material and construction

The X50 reinforced range is made from cellulose fibre with adhesive bonding and polyester scrim reinforcement. Typical composition includes 75 to 85% cellulose fibre, 3 to 10% adhesive, 2 to 10% polyester scrim, with small amounts of organic resins and trace inorganic salts. Blue dye may be present in blue variants, though the directly matched single-sheet product is white.

Suitable environments

This matched single-sheet variant is HACCP International endorsed for use on food-contact surfaces and in food-preparation areas. It is suitable for general cleaning where a disposable, absorbent, reinforced wiper is needed.

Safety and disposal

The wipers are not classified as hazardous when used as intended and are described as non-irritant for direct skin contact. Keep away from excessive heat or flame, and do not use on materials above 100 C. If contaminated with hazardous substances, disposal should follow local regulations; uncontaminated wipers may be disposed of through ordinary landfill or properly managed municipal incineration.
